Best order of domains to buy?

What's the best order of domains to buy, say the .com and .co.uk are taken for any name, which would be the next best out of these to buy?:

.net
.org
.info
.biz
.eu
.org.uk

Why would you take .net over .info, or .org.uk over .biz etc, cheers

personally, I choose:

.org.uk
.org
.net
.eu

Based on user perceptions of the names and likely search engine treatment

and I don't bother with these at all

Depends what you what the domain for...

For web design/hosting/email type sites i'd go with .net.

For organisations, groups or charities – i'd go with .org.uk/.org or perhaps .info

For information rich websites like travel sites, company info sites etc i'd go with .info

I wouldn't consider using .eu, ever.

I would go for the org.uk if the main target market is UK. Otherwise it is .net for me over .org (a great debate can be had on .org versus .net alone - everyone has their preference).
