But for domains like "gold.co.uk" which claims a website with traffic and earnings , the metrics are a part of the valuation.

Any chance you could publish some top line earnings and traffic numbers? and with traffic - better still - PDF a couple of months analytics so buyers can get a flavour of what they are buying? If you don't want to put in public domain, I will PM an email to which to send them.
