Not sure how many people are with me on this these days altough it does seem to be more people than 1 year ago but trademark names as far as I am concerened they are a no no.

In that view it's not even worth the reg fee as it could cost you a lot of money to defend a DRS.

I agree with Doodlebug, and I don't think this sort of blatant TM name should be allowed on Acorn.

-£xxx value for me due to the threat to both reputation and wealth if you get a court summons or DRS.

I completely agree. I picked it up 2 years ago when I started looking into things and will simply let it expire..

The only way to use this domain would be to attempt to obtain permission first, and then do a fan site. Without permission, proceeding would be ill advised, as it is an obvious Trademark domain with no real defence.

I know a few people who have got permission to use mobile phone related brands/tms in a domain name, but I wouldnt like to be the person asking if they say no
