Blackberry talk/data sim only (maybe PAYG)

I've a US Blackberry, am coming to UK for a week does anyone know the best option to avoid roaming?

Ideally if there was a PAYG option that would give me a number and data allowance this would be great.

I've tried looking online and can't really find much. I found something that was £10/mth unlimited data (but no talk and was 1 year contract).

I know that because Blackberry data travels over a different network for email it might be tricky to get a PAYG or something cheap/flexible.

I'm roam with my blackberry quite a bit travelling between the UK & US - You'd be surprised how little data you use (if you don't download attachments etc) as all the data gets super compressed by the blackberry service... In all, it may cost more to get a sim card if only in the UK for a week.

If you need voice too, I'd suggest you check out the O2 simplicity sim card which comes with a 1 month rolling contract... The free blackberry bolt on doesn't appear when ordering online... But they'll happily do it for you / advise you how to get the blackberry bolt on if you order by phone

Thanks Aidman - your comments are spot on.

About 2 hours ago I ordered a a simplicity sim with a blackberry data add on. It seemed the best deal. I just have to cancel it as soon as it arrives and after I activate it. That way I've given the 30 days notice and only pay £25 for a month.

I'm always skeptical of data charges but like you said they compress the data and I rerely download attachments - but the voice roaming charges would probably have been more than £25.
