Reg fee id say, the better TLD's are all sales landing pages, same as the singular versions with the exception of one which has seriously old setup and is dead.

Most forums in that niche are well developed/respected and is hugely saturated.

You might get takers at £30 or something if they havent done their research before that but nothing significant.
