Brazil domain name .com.br

Hi I want to target the Brazilian market and have an eye on a .com.br - I understand there are certain regulations for domains in Brazil.

Anyone any advice or recommendations?

They're pretty good at giving info on what you need for various country extensions if you register there. Ive had a few country codes where they have a local address an act as "admin "
