Hetzner are good, especially their storage box addon which is ridiculously cheap.
Depending on where you require the VPS to be located, I personally do offer better specs for lower cost than most providers.
I'm just finalising my site but as a rough example of how cheap I offer unmanaged VPS servers, here'ss a comparison of my cost vs competitors below.
These are dedicated CPU cores too, not shared or threads. Based on above example 4 dedicated cpu cores +80GB NVMe Storage + 8GB ram = less the £20 GBP per month !! Usually unmanaged but as am finally offering my services publically will also include a full managed support service included with any VPS / Dedicated server free of charge.
