I came close to buying this a couple of times.
They say they are associated with justdropped who are reliable but I am worried by the fact you can't download a trial version and you have to make the payment to an @yahoo.com address.:???:

It's the same guy who made the Enom API software a while ago, I bought that and never caught a thing with it (When I was a newbie), I also tried a trial of this software some time ago, but it was US only (Called RC5 I think).
It worked to a point (no where near 500 a min), but recently i've heard lots of people complain that it no longer works as advertised. It doesn't reccuring check the results so if it comes back with a timeout (which overture does quite a bit) it never shows the result.

I've never tried it.. so can't tell you if its any good or not... but theres a demo available from their website..
it claims:
Multiple-proxy support Bulk Overture Checker
* Control the number of threads and proxies!
* Ability to choose and select high-anonymous, low-anonymous, or transparent proxies!
* Ping time on all proxies for us to choose the fastest proxies to scan!
* Automatically get proxies from 2 website sources with 1 click of a button!

* Proxies are hourly updated from the source, gauranteed what you use are fresh working proxies!
* Users may choose an individual overture server (16 countries total) to scan, or even select all different overture servers to scan at once!

* Import/Export all domain results from overture servers!
