How much do you all think this geo is worth ?

It's in Suffolk with a population of 35k and in spring next year is due for a 100 million pound development of shops,offices,apartments e.t.c
Also a well known historic town.

I don't think this would be worth much undeveloped. I have family who used to live there and everyone refers to it as Bury St Edmonds.

Yes your right Bensd, it is refered to as Bury St Edmunds but it's listed on Google maps and on History sites as Bury Saint Edmunds which is it's actual name.

So would work well for SEO, especially as when you search for Bury St Edmunds, Google still finds it as Bury Saint Edmunds, so comes up for both search terms.

I dont see any value at all, I would snap the £350 offer up ASAP

Ive lived near to BSE (and am sitting about 20mins away right now) and I have NEVER seen it written as Bury Saint Edmunds - get RID!
