Buying adsense and selling leads

I've a pretty good EMD that has roughly 6,500 searches with a CPC of £10.

I'm thinking of setting up a landing page and buying adsense slots - then selling the leads onto businesses I know.

I'm pretty sure I can sell leads for at least £50, probably a lot more and I'm wondering if anyone here has done something similar and can share any experiences.
