Wanted: Domain Appraisal byplane.co.uk - Opinions & Advice regarding proposal

Hi there,

I own the domain byplane.co.uk

(In the sence travelling "by plane".)

I've recently contacted a number of relevant websites and companies asking whether they would be interested in purchasing it. I got an email back from Virgin Atlantic saying the following;

"Dear James,

Thank you for your email.

May I request you to please send in your proposal in writing to the following address.

(I wont include the address in this post)

We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards"

What should I say in the proposal? And does it sound like they're interested in it?

You should just explain that you are inviting offers on the domain name (however you choose to do that), and give them a bit of a pitch as to how the domain name might benefit their business.

The response so far just sounds to me that they are redirecting you to the appropriate dept, that's all.
