• 90% of Revenue from Adsense and a little affiliation mostly obviously in the months Nov, Dec and Jan.

As a domain, yes it's not worth a great deal but with a mini site, rankings and proven revenue it's a nice buy for someone wanting a nice return to the end of each year.

I'd love to keep it but have projects NOW that need cash.
