It would be pretty hard to rank for this search term unless this was a long-term project. For this reason, it would attract serious buyers/developers. To reseller, maybe around £600. To end user, low £x,xxx.

Can appreciate it would be hard to rank but I think this could even go for low £x,xxx at DL to a reseller.

Manufacturers are a non starter there all about the brand and would go for the higher cctld or the tlds especially as there all for sale..? Check out affiliate offers etc and develop. It rarely harms a name and you should make a revenue otherwise you’ll just get lowball offers from domainers
