Can you make money from ready made sites?

Inspired by a thread on Digital Point i decided to set myself the task of seeing if i can make money from Google adsense by spending a maximum of $10 on hosting and ready made sites from ebay.

still waiting for the result ... never though using adsense ready made could make some cash, since duplicate content issue would drop the website rank

I'm afraid i abandoned the experiment due to time constraints.

But you can make money by amending the content slightly, you don't even have to change any text you could just make a few words bold, italic, etc, add an image etc.

The way the spider reads the text, this makes the content appear unique.

hahaha ... ok then BFTUK, since you said it's going to make some fortune, maybe i'll try to upload some ready made website, but i'm not really sure for the result, since my adsense ready made website is free ... perhaps a lot of people will do the same as I do
