Cancelling a domain

I think it was here that I read it, but are you able to cancel a domain once you've caught it but before you are invoiced for it?

What's the process if so?

There is also a limit of 5 names per month, or 5% of your portfolio whichever is the larger. There is a stupid bit where 7 days of the month are counted in the last month and the next month so I always run on a 40 day period for accidental regs.

I usually cancel within minutes/hours so as to avoid the possibility of tasting.
