This is how domain appraisals/valuations traditionally work:
-Domain owner asks for appraisal
-Forum members (often very experienced) give their opinions
-Domain owner takes the apprasisals on board and says 'thanks'
This is how they seem to work on your planet:
-Domain owner states the value of the domain and then asks for a valuation
-Forum members (often very experienced) give their opinions
-Domain owner tries to convince the memebers that have given low valuations that the domain is worth much more with talk of emerging markets, demographics + lots more bull
-Domain owner doesnt take anything on board and goes away believeing the domain is worth the random figure he already stated at the beginning of the thread.

There are hundreds of casinos in the UK, the casinos you are probably reading about in the the news will be 'super casinos' which will be far and few between.
Anyway, I noticed your signature is growing with a list of unsold Domains.... a hint maybe?
