The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (Ceop) has today published a report showing an increasing trend for teenagers to post risqué images of themselves online.

CEOP warns that the images, uploaded to the websites such as Facebook either by teenagers themselves or by their friends, can unwittingly get into the hands of online paedophile networks, where they can be swapped among offenders. They can also have an effect later in life, for example when applying to employers for jobs.
