Ooh its not an offer sorry.

Just an apprisal based upon a set of formulas ive been given to use.

Hence why I was wondering if it fell within the realm of what you were after.

Some things make sense as to what I'm told, but some dont, so the only way to find out is to ask.

Ha ha ha ha ha awesome !!!! £354 lol

I can see why you are struggling to value it mate but I would say mid £x,xxx - low £xx,xxx to right person / end user

I wouldn't say the G search figures are screwed up, it is definatly a widely searched phrase imo

tbh i would have said low xxx reseller because of the hyphen
i dont see an enduser buying and branding it up because of the hyphen
more of a reseller buyer that may build out or as a satellite site to build traffic to feed a bigger site/better name
just my 2p

the hyphen dramatically cuts it value, still nice tho, high £xxx

Does anyone have any examples hyphenated domains that have made good sales based on the domain alone?

If not then I guess the higher value the domain will have will be entirely based on the revenue it generates from a developed website.

United-Kingdom.co.uk sold for £9,999 in Aug 2009

engagement-rings.co.uk sold for £7,000 in Jul 2009

I have also paid upto £5k for certain hyphened names myself

I bought used-cars.co.uk and paid a bit for it. I think for purely seo/development purposes they are OK, just never going to be top dollar are they! An end user would always want the non-hypen, and then perhaps add the hypenated one as a bonus, but it would always command less.

Proportionally speaking, anyone have an idea what the hyphenated would be worth compared to the non-hyphenated?

1/5? 1/10?
