CHEAP hosting wanted.

I have an account to use for BLOGS etc with Bluehost.com been a bit slow today and thought I need a backup plan just incase. (also have an account with fast2host not a bad outfit and you can pay monthly with paypal

)

Can anyone or know of a package like bluehost I need at least 25 domains on it and be around £25 a year

I would not put much trust in a hosting co that charges £1 per year per domain. What would you expect for that money?

True but some US companies with 100's of racks can afford to do it.
Just finding out what people do use or would suggest using. What do you use and pay out of interest?

GlagowBob reccomended http://www.servage.net on another thread. i took a look at the time and it looks good for the money.

Loads of features and unlimited domains for £4.50 a month. If you are interested you should PM him.

I use Vidahost, £28 a year if you get a promo code, about £35 if not, you get 5 free addon domains, been good so far for me.

Thanks all I will keep them all in mind. As I want a few hosting accounts to spread my eggs and test a few services out.

I found this company UK based super fast servers by the look of the way FTP is going Krystal.co.uk unlimited domains on cpanel but only 50mb

which if your only doing mini sites or keeping an eye on image size etc, will do quite a lot!

All for £24.99 pa inc VAT also got a "hello are you ok" call from a guy called Simon to make sure I was ok

To be fair, it's not the racks, servers, power and bandwidth that cost, it's the tech support staff that are the expensive element.

25 domains means 25 new setups and 25 times the risk that you'll need assistance with one of them

Having said that, 1 customer 1 domain is not so good, 1 customer and 25 domains means you'll hopefully have a clued up customer after the first few issues that will need less support.
