Hi, we brought this to develop, not really sure we are going to do anything with it for at least six months as we have two other big project that need our time so thought to offer it on here. We have spent a bit of time and money fixing broken code on the site and getting the CMS working 100% but apart from that hasn't been touched. Very old domain and has the protential for really big traffic.

Site has around 10k uniques a month even though it has not been updated for a long time.

Cash offers or might swap for a developed site (cash either way)?

Best offer so far is £6500 but i wan't a bit more than that as i paid more than that for it, traffic is stable at around 8k-10k Uv a Month.
