The seller stopped the clock and all bids before that are final as everyones clocks could be out

So i think that i purchased it for 1800

I don't like being pedantic but your offer was made after 11pm. 10:59.59 is before and 11:00.01 is after.

If it was my name, I'd ask a mod or an admin to rule. It's easiest way to sought things and they know the rules.

In MY opinion stating that you will pay £200 more than any bid is not fair. but then again what is fair when there are no strict rules?

I guess the seller has the final say....

I did not state that i would pay 200 more than any other bid i stated my bid so actually it had a value of 1800.

And was not as you put it 200 more than any other bid that came in

why threaten to take it to a lawyer? If you lost out, thats life, move on.......
