Traffic is from backlinks - I would imagine VERY little type-ins. This is a Susan Sarandon fan site, but Chris Baker is a common name of course.
Using admin's selling template:
URL of site: www.chrisbaker .co.uk
Age of site: 10th Jan 2007 in my posession, developed by a third party for me on May 1st 2007.
Approximately monthly page views and/or unique visitors:
May 1st - Sep 8th 2007: 39,914 AdSense impressions.
How does the site generate income? How much income does it make per month?
Backlinks - has made $323.75 1/5/07 - 8/9/07
Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require?
No time required - static content but could be updated.
What is the monthly cost of running the site?
Only needs small, low bandwidth server - cost to me essentially zero as it's on my main box.
Please advise if it is a whitelable or turnkey template based site.
Templated for Adsense.
Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
Yes - will provide .zip file
What does the site include? Scripts, content, membership base, domain names?
Includes all content, code and domain name. Will host for six months free.
Asking price for the site? £600 to include transfer fee.
