Is it safe to assume that the Church of England has no rights in this name? Just wondering..

I'd be amazed if it could successfully claim rights. It's a descriptor for a specific branch of religion like "Catholic" or "Protestant" and dates back 1,400 years, which is quite long enough to have acquired a generic meaning

Just curious as to why anybody would want to buy this? The Church of England are never going to be interested in buying, and if you develop surely the potential to cause confusion (and possible offence) with the offical Church of England site is going to cause no end of headaches.
