Wanted to get your thoughts on this....I think it is a very marketable site...

Directions for anything can be discussed, links to direction sights, mar directions, etc...

Except that it's not a site, it's a name. Trying to sell a name and a concept can be difficult. If they have to start from scratch people are more likely to go with their own ideas. If you have the skill to build something, I agree that this name already connected with a site might be worth something...

Thanks so much for the response, it is greatly appreciated...I have never really built a website, but I am more than willing to try...

I am going to look around online for some "directions" on how to get it done!
