He looked 92 when he did Dads' Army 40years ago!!

One of a kind... hope they put "Don't Panic, Don't Panic" on his headstone.

A real shame - Dads Army was and still is one of my favorite series.

Didn't realize he started his career alongside Will Hay (will have to dig out my old boxset and give them an airing)
