.co.uk domain privacy

I came across a co.uk that’s going to drop today with the whois details of a well known American domain privacy company. Has anyone seen this before and I thought Nominet discourage this type of thing?

If that's their trading name then it's fine as long as their status doesn't say individual.

I have amended my post.
I have used the privacy company for .com so i think someone might of just used those for the domain.
