.co.uk domain sale query - IT

Hi

I am completely new to this so please go easy

I currently have the .co.uk for a major IT vendor which I would like to sell really. I have it for sale at a couple of hundred quid. They own the .com.

What is the best way of selling this, ideally to the company?

I'm sure DG has informed you but im sure if you offer it to them for more than you paid, they would then have a strong case for DRS. It's a gamble really but if they say they will take you to drs you could tell them that will cost them £750 + vat so you will let them have it for £xxx.
