Hi all, I've just started a .co auction. So far it looks like me and one other bidder.

Maybe I'm being paranoid...but isn't it in the registrars' interest to have these auctions? Don't they get all the extra money they generate rather than the flat rate?

Straight away I can see a motive for creating a bidder for a pre-ordered domain. It's obvious the buyer (in this case me) who's pre-ordered it (for around £250) is very interested in it and will be prepared to bid if necessary.

What do you guys think?

Great! Now they've extended the auction by 1 day!

There's only me and 1 other bidder! I know I didn't request this! In fact I arranged my day off work to be today so I could bid if necessary as the deadline approaches. Now it's been moved forward to tomorrow when I'm at work. Still not sure if I'm bidding against a real bidder or someone from the registrar! Lol
