Thought he might mean that, I wouldn't book a .com with a public registrar, what's the chances of them grabbing one ?

I've booked about 100 .co.uks with DM and had none caught :?
You can only give them a try with the .com. As far as not catching one of 100 domains .co.uk domains with DM, that's definitely bad luck. They are a competitor to me but they figure every day as successful catchers.

To be fair my 1st half were the likes of Shangai#co#uk and prescriptiondrugs#co#uk so quality names

Namejet.com or Snapnames.com

Your best bet is to enter pools such as mentioned by Edwin, public catchers on .coms = very low success unless your after winmoneybettingon2racesperweek.com
