Wanted: Domain Appraisal .COM manual appraisal - help needed

I have just received an offer for one of my dot coms but the buyer is requesting a manual independent valuation.

Can anybody recommend a reputable company...

This sounds like an appraisal scam to me.

Expiration Date: 02-jul-2011
