I've got a domain that's receiving a decent amount of visitors per day based on its previous history and back links.
Due to potential trademark issues I can't develop the site to take advantage of this targeted traffic but I am wanting to capture the visitors details via double opt in so that I can either resell the list at a later date or discussions with the trademark holder lead to me acquiring or licencing the trademark (these discussions are already underway).
Does anyone have an example of a simple, but good looking, landing page and e-mail sign up that has performed well for them in the past? Ideally I will be using something like Mailchimp to handle the list.
