I came to learn that Sedo charges non paying buyers the commission % on failed sales. Whether they can get the money is another matter. One guy in the past tried to come good and explained that he had to pay this % to enter negotiations again. Thoughts....

That's disgraceful. If they're able to force the buyer to pay the commission, they should be able to force them to pay the whole thing! It's only a matter of degree, after all...

I suspect the phrase "...had to pay this % to enter negotiations again..." is probably the only time they do enforce it. Buyer I guess doesn't have a choice then and Sedo get the commsision twice !
