Firstly, can someone from Sedo please clarify the minumim fee for selling a .co.uk domain that is parked with them. As I understand, there is no minimum fee if the domain is parked, just 10% of the sale price.

Secondly, can someone from Sedo please clarify how they check whether the domain is parked with them at the time of an offer being received.

There is a thirdly, but I need these two clarifying first.

Should you sell a domain through Sedo’s marketplace, you will be charged a 10% commission fee (a minimum fee applies, based on the extension of the domain) which covers the escrow for the domain name and the money for the domain.

If the domain is parked with us, there is a straight 10% with no minimum fee.

The system checks whether the domain is parked.
