Wanted: Service Company with some PHP programming muscle

Hi Guys,
I have a job to convert a complex excel spreadsheet into a PHP web app but the companies I've approached have either been too expensive like softwire.com £800 a day or individuals who don't have the resources to do the job.

Can anyone recommend a PHP development company that would do something like this?

Presume this would be translating the excel data into normalised MySQL tables, admin interface & display UI? Have a cms in mind like WP or a ground up design using an mvc like codeignitor?

A few online sites around. PeoplePerHour is an up & coming one as is freelancer. On here there's a few who could take it on myself & Craig (studiovision?) included.

My regular guy has turned it own because it's going to be two to three months work for one person to get it done and he doesn't have that time available.

I don't want to go to rentacoder because I don't want to project manage this - it needs doing by someone with a couple of guys or girls available to code it up.

I think I may have found the right company - just depends on the quote.

Does it have to be php? I could do you a much better price than that if the work is really 2-3 months and you can cope with aspx/c#. Lots of experience developing BIG systems.
