Hi all,

I have recently purchased congratulated(.)co(.)uk and was wondering what it was worth?

All views are welcome.

Thanks,

Nick.

Not a great deal in my opinion.

Perhaps £50?

Obviously not a patch on congratulations, congratulated or congratulate, so I dont think its worth three figures.

You say above that it isnt a patch on 'congratulated' - If you look the domain is congratulated(.)co(.)uk

Ok. Was hoping that it had slightly more value than that.

Anyone else care to chip in?

Hi

I like the name and think that there are a few different ideas you could use to make a site with it.

As regards of value I have not got a clue - but I would agree with firestars as he seems to be an experienced in these domains and of course also a Ipswich Town Fan ;)

I would definatley look into developing it if it was my domain.

Regards

Gav

Hi Nick,

Yes, it's quite a nice name.

I think an issue with this is that the -ed extension is still available in many common verbs, or at least you can pick them up on sedo for very little, so it lacks that scarcity factor.

I have pioneered, which I just can't give away at the moment.

I've no doubt if it was a dot com it would be worth alot of money.

I defer to Firestars greater knowledge on this.

However, you may get lucky with an end-user. Though you may be waiting a while for that offer.

Good Luck !

Steve.

What you have to think of is how people would search or use that term.

Then dev a mini site to match it! Otherwise as a domain not much value until then.

This goes for a lot of domains on here and I'm almost finding time to turn domains in to sites that increases the shiny-ness.

Thanks for the input everyone so far.

So basically I should develop a mini-site in order to realise more value.

I may just put it for sale because I am not sure if I will have the time to develop anything.

Don't think it will sell as their are a lot of domains available with - ed missing. So isn't that unique!

Just off or on topic what would you say if you used Google?

I have just "Googled" ??....................... all ext gone.

What about Yahoo? Yahood or Yahooed both available in .co.uk ;)
