Not very widely used term, a lot of the fee paying one tend to be go brand recognition, little chance of resale, You could try a forum etc were people discuss different + - of establishments or recipes etc and have catering type adds but to be honest can’t see its worth the effort

Your three worder (I'm assuming it's the plural - schools - seeing that is registered) has no value

Slight coincidence but I'm registrant for culinaryart/couk & culinaryschool/couk - so I guess you could call it one of my subjects
