I noticed that Nominet conducted a customer satisfaction survey 95% of parties would be happy to use the service again...

It would be interesting to know

How many respondants where there?

Whether the complainants where the only ones to get offered the survey

Whether of those repondants the larger companies that persued DRS did not respond to the survey...
