I know we've all had horror stories about contacting online companies for help, i.e. 123-reg, 1&1, etc, so for a change I thought I tell you about a good one.
I recently upgraded my cpu and on replacing the heatsink and fan I accidently broke off one of the retention clips that holds the heatsink onto the motherboard, so I sent an email to Coolermaster in Holland explaining my situation and I got a reply saying the fan is not made anymore but they will have a look in their main warehouse.
You can imagine my surprise when two weeks later a package arrived on my doorstep and inside was a brand new complete heatsink and fan assembly. I then emailed them back to say how much do I owe them and they said "it's totally free".
That just goes to show that not all companies are bad, and the ones that are could learn a hell of a lot from Coolermaster.
