    Hi All,

Just wondered if anyone has encountered any good Mac software that will generate database apps ? I think there are a few for PC. Basically would like to be able to make front end/ back end for inventory type database (SQL probably ) then generate the files for server. User can then edit/delete etc

    Hope that makes sense.

Probably easier if you could show the PC version.

Sounds like you want a wysiwyg database designer, but my experience is most apps which automate stuff like this aren't at all secure, so unless its for an intranet I'd be wary.

I remember a website generator package which did this, but was such nasty code, was PC based so no help if the name does come to me :/

Thanks Skinner. WSYWIG was pretty much exactly what i was after. Something to generate a back end simply really. It would only be a couple of people needing access. I'll just need to get involved properly.
