Death and domain names

Firstly apologise for being morbid but lately I have been thinking a lot about what will happen to my small domain name empire once I pass on.

Okay here are the facts,

• Currently earn £xxx a month from about 5 websites, (won't make me a millionaire but it is a steady little earner)
• I am a one man band, I do the design, sometimes I do the content writing, sometimes I use odesk.
• I am married and my other half has very little interest in the industry.
• Passwords & user names for my domain name registrar, hosting service, Wordpress are all in my head

My questions what is the best way to keep this gig going after I am gone? Secondly what plans do you have in place in ensure your hard work benefits your loved ones?
