Hi all,

What do you think of Dependent.co.uk? I am of the opinion that it could be used for many different niches if you think about it's meaning. :)

Many thanks in advance for your input.

Regards,
Dave

Any views on this one please? Interested to see what others think it's worth. Have received a couple of offers that I consider just too low.

Thanks
Dave

It's an interesting one, I did contemplate bunging you an offer for £100 but here's the thing - right now, most domainers are trying to trim the inventory rather than increase it. True, I could buy it from you and 6 months later a big nursing home decides they must have that name and offer me 10 grand for it. Scorchio.

Alternatively, no one expresses an interest for 5 years and it's left collecting cyber dust before I let it drop. As a 'brandable' the pitch to actively sell it is made even harder.

At the end of the day it is a bit of a punt, and I guess it is what price people are prepared to put on that punt. If I caught it or got it on a FTR, I would gladly have it it in my collection, but the cost/risk of spending a few hundred to add it to my portfolio on the off chance of a big hit, not worth it at the moment.

Hope you take this feedback in the constructive spirit in which it has been written!

Fantastic feedback, thank you very much! :)
I did catch this on the drop so it is of course a risk worth taking. I think this could be actively pitched to fit into different categories because it's very definition is "relying on others" and this doesn't have to be confined to care work and disabilities, it can also be catered to other categories whereby people depend on others to get a job done: SEO, Consultancy, Training etc.

Of course just in my opinion.

Many thanks again your input. :)
