Hi Guys,

I'm trying to redesign my website to convert visitor numbers into leads. I've been working on the website over the last two weeks and I'm not sure if I'm going in the right direction.

The website is http://www.textmimedia.com

Any advice on colours and images will be welcomed.

Whilst I realise some people don't like doing it, adding pictures of your office and staff on the about us page will really help conversion IMO.

On the about us page, the "about us" wording is squashed right up against the red box of text.

As you are aiming mostly at B2B clients then here we go with few tips:

1. Mac looks like someone was shot in front of it. Better not use this type of pictures.
2. Businesses prefer blue-gray tint for a site to look "serious", pink-red doesn't really leave good impression.
3. Move some hint on clients on a home page, you have respectful clientele, it is your asset.

Sorry, have to go now. Might be able to think of more hints later. Hope this helps.

The pink looks good at the top without the red, it looks crisper, such as the logo. I think the red and the gradients between the two spoil it.

Good bits, not great execution though.

I like the 2 tone images, I like the speech bubble social icons, I like the logo (not to keen on the 'name' but irrelevant)

Colour wise, look at how this site uses that 'peach' style:

I would be tempted to say to either go the pink and black route of your logo, or do the peach effect in a more subtle way.
