Just a question I had thou..

If I bought that site and pointed about a 1000 domains to it, do you reakon it would make more than basic parking?

Its just I see quite a few domainners now doing the same, some have for years..

It also works in the favour towards to DRS?

Whats your thoughts??...

wouldnt Google see it as "duplicate content" ?

To be honest... i've never tried it.. monetizing directories is notoriously difficult... you rely on paid subs and sponsored links... contextual ads hardly bring in the millions...

I think a lot depends on your domains... if they are good generic or typin, then they will make money anywhere..

If the domains are new reg and get no traffic... then something like this www.suresaver.co.uk maybe an option... its a 1 page script with an article on the homepage and rss search results for your menu links .. it cost very little to host, takes 5 mins to setup and is seo friendly... i make more on this type of setup than paid parking!
