well im currently open offers.. so far i have had a few people interested and highest offer is £500. this was 2 days agoo which i declined due to me adding more to the stuff to the site.. ads.. affils. cb directory, and pixel advertising page..

its basically like this

a fansite that will have a large amount of traffic, with paid ads, ie adsense, adbrite , bidvertiser etc, im using adbrite.. also theres affiliates on there.. and a clickbank directory, the forum is growing.. tmorow it will have been live for 7 days. and we have gone passed 55000 hits over 1000 uniques, thats in just 6 days. and today i have added a advertising section to the site for others to advertise.. its a free system.. ie pixel advertising script, .. link to it is on hompepage where it says "advertise with us" just under the navi bar
there is also a ebook sales page which i can provide the files for aswell..
