Seems very cheap to me is this a case of the seller waiting to long how many Building Societies are left.

If the 'exacts' figures are accurate, it seems that people already know which building society they are looking for without needing to search for the generic phrase (examples below).

Glad you think it was a good deal

It seemed cheap to me but not knowing the market you can never be too sure.

Certainly seems from an outsiders perspective that there are some bargains in .uk just looking at metrics (although CPC seems to be low - lower than Australia for example)
