CRB Checks - required for anybody working with kids and plenty of other groups deemed at risk. It seems a lot of private companies are able to do this on behalf of government agencies. Will be interesting to know if end-user or domainer bought this as I would imagine could be easily worth 5 figures.

Some companies themselves or umbrella organisations acting for them offer CRB services, so I'd guess the domain could be worth XX,XXX+ to a company doing this.

yes nice sale, and also nice buy. Perfect domain to platform a private criminal records check service on. I'm pretty sure the private companies subscribe to the official feeds if they jump through the right hoops and pay their fees.
