That's a cracking price for the seller as they are more commonly known as electronic cigarettes or ecigarettes, Iv never heard anyone call them electric cigarettes before.

I was tempted by this...but was put off for the same reason.

However, the term "electric cigarettes" actually gets more exact matches (6.6K) than "electronic cigarettes" (5.4K) - although "electronic cigarette" is the one to have (27.1K)

These domains are interesting because Google doesn't allow adwords adverts containing the name 'cigarette' - so organic search is the only option. Maybe they should command a premium for this reason?

(electroniccigarettes.co.uk was sold for £15K a few months ago).

Some interesting points archibel. Considering the electroniccigarettes.co.uk price and the exact figures, I guess I can see why it went for £1750 . Like both of you, I had initially thought "huh?" when I saw "electriccigarettes.co.uk". Let's just hope the exacts are accurate.

i paid that much for it, as i already own www.electric-cigarette.co.uk

And have just today paid and recieved ownership of:

www.electroniccigarette.co.uk & www.electronic-cigarette.co.uk

so, i now have:

www.electroniccigarette.co.uk
www.electronic-cigarette.co.uk
www.electriccigarette.co.uk
www.electric-cigarette.co.uk

And as archibel states, there is NO adwords for these keywords, therefore I feel i have a strong portfolio to either sell to one of the leading brands or develop the sites myself and monetise or then sell when on page 1.

Now, I just got to put some hard work in to them
