You have a conection to Greyhound buses in America but they don't operate over here, the other connection is possibly a pub which would be called The Greyhound, the obvious one is the breed of dog in which case greyhounds.co.uk would be more fitting.

Actually Greyhound buses do operate fairly widely here now - no idea if it is the same company - http://www.greyhounduk.com/
