same here. Just says "Domain not Suspended" when i try to backorder a domain. I have credit there so would like it refunded.

edit - no money owed afterall. It was free credit given by them to new registrations

I've also emailed them with the domain not suspended problem and received no reply.

Glad I didn't but credits. I hope you guys get your refunds.

Not yet, but getting there slowly...

With regards to DNViper, I rechecked my account yesterday and I think it’s important to make it clear that I don’t think I actually bought any credits like I originally thought. I believe they give you £30 credit for free for registering and maybe that is the credit showing in my account. So, in short, no money owed by them to me. Just a shame the service is not working at the moment.

I'm also not owed anything, but used to use the drop list and have booked a few there

Hello Kate (And every one reading this)

Thank you for your patience with DNViper.co.uk - I'll be sending an email to all members with a full update of what is happening... DNViper.co.uk is still working (albeit with a few bugs) but in summery so that everyone is up-to-date:

1) A new improved catching service will be launching soon.

2) The wrong 'not suspended' problem mentioned is now fixed.

3) I've employed 2 more programmers and we're building DNViper Version 2 from the ground up so that its bug free and runs smoother with no problems.

4) The keywords system has been a problem because its been a free unsupported service - This is going to be relaunched too with free and upgraded / paid for subscriptions.

5) I will have a full time member of staff answering support and customer service questions.

Another technical point:
As mentioned every member was given a free £30 credit to use for catching when signing up for the original beta site. This is obviously non-refundable as real money but can still be used for catching.

Any real money deposited can be refunded or will be carried forward onto the new site and these members will also get a no-cost upgrade for one of the new features on the site to say thank you for their support.

Thank you everyone for your emails and replies to my recent update emails.

I'll keep you informed and can't wait to get the site re-launched again!
