It appears in the .uk world of domaining hyphens really are disliked. I rarely see hyphen sales and I struggle to garner any interest for a few nice ones I have. Why do you feel hyphens are so disliked and what type of hyphen domains are acceptable if any at all? I've always been of the impression one hyphen is fine, and a hyphen domain doesn't matter if your main source of traffic is via SEO as opposed to say radio advertising.

Many thanks all in advance for your views. :D

I think you can get some decent end-user sales from hyphens given a bit of luck, but many on here don't seem keen.

Stephen.

Pretty hard to get a sale in any extension with the hyphen (unless a two word term is naturally hyphenated, making it grammatically correct)

the Germans have always loved them and there still is the odd ccld sale.
